You may read, browse and share links to this site, and download material we offer for download, for your own internal evaluation or reference.

Descriptions of platforms, capabilities, services and roadmaps are provided for information. They are not a specification, a commitment to deliver, or an offer capable of acceptance.

Capability figures and coverage (for example layer counts, port forecasts or sector lists) describe the systems we build and can change as those systems evolve.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

The site, its text, imagery, structure and marks are owned by MTP or used under licence, unless stated otherwise. No rights are granted to you except as needed to use the site as these terms allow.

The name Xentinel and the product names used on this site (including Xentinel Watchtower, Xentinel Vision, MATA and Early Warning) are names we use in our business. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.

Application development, IoT research and development, and any other service are governed by a separate written agreement that sets scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, acceptance and support.

Evaluating this site, or sending us an enquiry, does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or an obligation on either side to proceed.

The site may link to third-party sites, repositories or materials. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Following such a link is at your own risk.

Information you send through this site is not confidential, because it arrives over an open form or by email. Do not send trade secrets or sensitive personal data through it.

Where confidentiality is needed, we will sign a confidentiality agreement before we exchange material. Personal data we do receive is handled as described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first and discuss it in good faith. If that does not resolve it, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia, which have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
